Hampshire based Grange Park Opera was founded in 1997 by Wasfi Kani, OBE. Grange Park present an annual summer Opera festival featuring three new productions taking place during June and July. Its newly built award-winning theatre near Northington in Hampshire, concealed within the original Greek revival temple, lies in an Arcadian landscape which has been left unchanged for centuries and can seat up to 530 people.
Each year, one production moves on to a festival in the purpose built theatre within the 15th Century house Nevill Holt, near Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Nevill Holt also hosts the Young Artists programme which mounts an annual production each year featuring young performers. This same production is toured in the Autumn by Grange Park's touring arm, Pimlico Opera.
