Performing Arts Labs create 5, 7 or 10 day residential laboratories for professional composers and librettists generating new works for national and international markets. On-line mentoring over a period of 6 months supports the Lab process.

PAL Labs benefit participants on both a personal and professional level; challenging and expanding known limits of practice. PAL generates new collaborations between professionals who would not have opportunities of exploratory work together.

PAL collaborates with leading composers and writers, as well as a resident group of performers, repetiteurs, choreographer and conductors. Labs are run both in the UK and abroad.
